The new season is up and running and these posters should drive a few more fans out to Dalymount
Driving up attendances and tapping into the huge fanbase of armchair football fans in this country is a constant goal for League of Ireland clubs up and down the country.
Dublin side Bohemians have just unveiled their new campaign to boost numbers at Dalymount Park and we think they are among the best we’ve ever seen from a League of Ireland club. The posters, by Gary Keating, should be popping up in the city next week.
Daniel Lambert, Bohs marketing Director says: ‘These poster designs are all thanks to the work of Bohemians member Gary Keating. We wanted to convey the uniqueness of Bohemian FC over the ever increasing corporate nature of football elsewhere – we are members owned, democratic, part of our community and accessible. We are a club run by volunteers – our whole board of directors are there on a voluntary basis. We are a true club of people for the people and are Dublin’s original football club. Get down to the historic Dalymount Park this season and show your kids that football isn’t a TV show.’
