Embarrassing
There’s nothing worse than putting something out there on social media and then having all the world and its mother point out that you have made a massive mistake. That would never ever happen to us sure it wouldn’t,ahem.
But at least we aren’t a very highly paid professional footballer, who failed to recognise the difference in selecting who he thought was the best player of the year and young player.
Step forward West Brom’s Youssouf Mulumbu, who decided to give us a glimpse into the shady world of the PFA’s system of selecting their player of the year awards by tweeting his nomination paper today. Only he made a fairly sizeable error.
The midfielder nominated England wonder-boy Harry Kane as his PFA Player of the Year and with Eden Hazard of Chelsea as the young player nominee. After a lot of Twitter followers pointed out the mistake this embarrassed tweet emerged from the Baggies’ man.
I get It wrong Hazard player Of The year And young player Kane !! Plus The fake wall @Gabs50Zakuani Best defender 😂😜😁😈#thegate#thedoor
