After hearing about the terribly unfortunate case of Matthew Pietrzyk, a young Chelsea fan awaiting a kidney transplant, John Terry proved himself a class act by paying the little lad a visit in hospital. https://instagram.com/p/2E1ZUaEHkN/?taken-by=craig_cheeky The 34-year-old also came bearing gifts for the youngster including a Chelsea jersey, a pair of his boots and a captain's armband.
