It’s hard to beat some Fr. Ted, and some international football.
So a group of lads from Ireland thought why not bring them together for this summer’s France adventure in support of the Ireland football team.
It’s takes a lot of effort to create a flag, and to come up with an idea of a message that is guaranteed to get you noticed by TV cameras, and merry Irish fans, enjoying the best of French wine, women, men, and song next month.
There are loads of great flags celebrating Irish players from Robbie Keane, to Jon Walters, but this one, via Fr Todd Unctuous, is an ode to the Irish fans that’ll be congregating in France next month.
SportsJOE reader Rob Costello got in touch to share his banner for next month, and well, it is worthy of the golden cleric of flags in our opinion.
