Nice touch.
The programme cover for the Republic of Ireland's friendly against Switzerland on Good Friday will honour a veteran of the Easter Rising.
Oscar Traynor was a goalkeeper for Belfast Celtic, and even toured Europe with the side prior to joining the Irish Volunteers and taking part in the nationalist uprising in 1916.
He went on to fight in the War of Independence, on the anti-treaty side in the Civil War and would become a government minister, as well as president of the Football Association of Ireland.
Traynor also has a football complex in Dublin, and a tournament, named in his honour.
On the same weekend Ireland commemorates the centenary of the Rising, the FAI have chosen to honour Traynor on the cover of Friday's programme.
