It looks sore
As two former Reds you’d think Jason McAteer and Ronnie Whelan would take it easy on each other, but it doesn’t seem that way after the former Bolton man tweeted a picture of his leg tonight.
We think both may have been playing in a legends game in Crosshaven over the weekend, but after an early tackle the former Liverpool winger had to be taken off.
And we can see why now as he’s got two marks that should turn into lovely purple bruises later this week.
And Trigger isn’t happy

Although he hasn’t got much sympathy from the Liverpool and Ireland legend who allegedly caused the injury
