Pic: One Chelsea fan perfectly sums up the frustration of watching football

... or else he's a tired of Jose's carry on as the rest of us

SportsJOE

No one said it was easy being a football fan.

The level of genuine enjoyment and satisfaction over the 90 minutes of a football match is generally far outweighed by the frustration and anguish which comes with  watching your team.

Bad refereeing decisions, poor selections by the manager and a general bemusement at why you have decided to hitch your mood to a bunch of over-paid 20-year-olds whose interest in the club is far less than yours are generally the reasons why you see so many tormented and twisted faces in the crowd at any ground.

Even if you’re top of the league and cruising to the title football can be a frustrating experience, as this Chelsea fan proved on Saturday during the victory over Manchester United.

We can’t be sure what has him so tormented. Maybe it’s the same refereeing incompetence that has Mourinho up in arms. Either that or he’s as tired of Jose’s antics as the rest of us.
