James McClean is the latest sports star to have his say on Britain leaving the European Union.
Of course, by now you’ve seen Jermaine Pennant’s take on the shock decision by the electorate of the United Kingdom. Rory McIlroy used a golf analogy when giving his view on the current state of global politics…

And Jamie Carragher was dismayed at the result…
A vote for Farage, Boris & a recession well done to the over 50's for thinking of the future!

McClean is the latest to offer his 2 cents on the decision.
The Republic of Ireland winger tweeted a photo of him and Martin McGuinness. Northern Ireland’s deputy first minister called for a poll on the issue of a united Ireland in the immediate wake of the United Kingdom leaving the EU.
McClean echoed McGuinness’ sentiments in his tweet, which was soon deleted.
McClean’s Twitter account was deleted shortly after. The winger was part of the Ireland team that recorded a historic 1-0 win over Italy on Wednesday and is preparing to face Euro 2016 hosts France on Sunday in Lille.
