A fitting tribute.
Ireland remembers the 1916 Rising Easter this weekend and everyone from Malin to Mizen Head (with possibly a few exceptions in between) will be remembering the events that occurred 100 years ago.
We’ve seen GAA outfits and the national football team commemorate the centenary of the most significant uprising in Irish history, and now the greatest league in the world has gotten involved in the tributes.
Bray Wanderer’s have marked the landmark celebration with a phenomenal pitch mural. They’ve incorporated the official logo of the 100 anniversary of the Rising into the centre circle at Carlisle Grounds which makes for a simple, but classy tribute.
