The magic of the Cup? Ah go on so…
Today is all about the FA Cup in England and the biggest game is arguably the clash between Blyth Spartans and Birmingham. The home side ply their trade in the seventh tier of the game cross channel, in the Northern Premier League Premier Division. Birmingham, despite a few years of woeful mismanagement, sit in 14th in the Championship, countless places above their opponents today.
The gap between the clubs is perfectly illustrated by this list of fines that apply to the Spartans players.
