Phil Jones can’t even escape the abuse from unforgiving football fans while on holidays abroad.
The Manchester United defender is currently in a distant paradise getting in some rest and recuperation during the summer break.
Jones decided to share his “Chilled Times” (his words, definitely not mine) via his Facebook and Instagram accounts. However, he almost certainly regretted publishing the photo for all to see after reading the comments.
There was one thing about the photo that most people honed in on, although, others decided to completely ignore the precariously placed player and go straight for the jugular with abusive comments.
There was the thoughtful dude… bro.
The legitimately worried chap.
The gentleman who doesn’t give Jones much credit at all.
That one fellow who’s had it in for him since day one.
The opportunist.
The man who is extremely worried about Jones’ mental health…
…And the person who should probably be worried about their own.
