Manchester United reportedly want to cut their losses with Paul Pogba as soon as possible.

Pogba has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford next month, with the Daily Mirror claiming that the club would be willing to listen to offers for the French midfielder once the January transfer window opens.

Juventus, the club for whom Pogba made 178 appearances between 2012 and 2016, have already registered an interest in bringing Pogba back to Turin and it’s reported that United would be willing to let their club record signing leave on loan as long as it leads to a permanent deal.

United would be keen to negotiate with Juventus as a couple of players from the Serie A powerhouse have piqued United’s interest, with Miralem Pjanic remaining one of the United’s top targets. But it’s understood that Alex Sandro would be more likely to play a part in any cash-plus-player deal between the Premier League outfit and Juventus.

Jose Mourinho has reportedly fallen out with Pogba in recent months, with the Frenchman’s attitude being called into question by his manager.

Pogba has also been linked with a switch to Real Madrid in 2019 and while the 25-year-old may not currently warrant the €105 million that United paid to get Pogba back to Old Trafford, the Premier League club is willing to part ways with the divisive playmaker regardless of who might be the manager next season.
