It might be the 21st Century where blokes can express themselves with fashion and stuff.
But nobody on the internet can get over Exeter manager Paul Tisdale’s rather fetching hat as his side face Liverpool in the FA Cup.
The game got off to a cracking start with two goals inside 11 minutes – including a first goal for Jerome Sinclair.
But all anyone could talk about was the hat. There was a lot of love his Tisdale’s headgear…
Tremendous hat from Paul Tisdale this evening. An excellent manager too #FACup pic.twitter.com/BpISm59Sbz

Best part of Exeter City? Manager Paul Tisdale with the pimp hat. pic.twitter.com/P2HXHcOkLH

@MattCrivelli something nice and classy, everything about Paul Tisdale is classy.

Tisdale in exceptional clobber. Klopp dressed like a 1995 secondary school PE teacher. #ECFCvLFC

But there were haterz…
I'm no big fan of LFC but I hope Exeter lose 100-0 based on Paul Tisdale's hat alone.

Can someone have a word with Paul Tisdale about that hat please?

Someone needs to tell Paul Tisdale he looks like an absolute weapon.

Not quite sure I see the appeal to Paul Tisdale's dress sense. He looks like Burton Menswear has thrown up on him.

It seemed like everyone was at this f**king hat lark…
We were just joined by Paul Tisdale and Danny Murphy.
Who has the better headwear – Tisdale or @MarkPougatch? pic.twitter.com/iOtyD7LLCZ

But Tisdale’s got previous for it…

Then the comparisons started…
Paul Tisdale looks like he plays in a pub ska band

Paul Tisdale enjoys his finest moment since being support act to Spandau Ballet in 1983. pic.twitter.com/sKXRGJ5rkR

It didn’t stop when the first goal went in either…
Paul Tisdale celebrates that Exeter goal with a simple tip of his porkpie hat.

So strange that the goal comes from an error down Jose Enrique's side. All in all, a goal sweeter than Paul Tisdale's hat.

He did win over some Danish people with it though, so overall we’d say it was a success…
Exeter manager Paul Tisdale er min nye helt. Fantastisk stil + hat og kun Wenger har sidder længere som manager i en engelsk klub. #ægtefans
