Some guys have all the luck.
And others, well, they have all the misfortune.
And into the latter camp we can slot Juan Mata who it appears may not have a Manchester United career after this summer, if the club do move for Jose Mourinho to replace Louis van Gaal as manager.
The Spain international did not last long under Mourinho at Stamford Bridge, and was sold to David Moyes and his floundering Manchester United team two years ago in somewhat of a surprise move.
The playmaker made an immediate impact, but it was still not enough to save the Scot’s job at Old Trafford.
And this morning the Daily Express suggest the midfielder’s Manchester United career could be nearing an end as Atletico Madrid pursue his signature this summer.
The 27-year-old has also been linked with a big money move to China too, but it is understood that he would prefer a move back to his homeland if Jose Mourinho does take over from LVG.

Mata signed for Manchester United for £37million in January of 2014, and the club would be hoping to recoup most if not all of that if he was sold this summer.
Mata has impressed in spells this season but may feel that if Jose comes, he must go.
