And he appeared to be in considerable pain, clutching his face and crying before receiving medical attention. Neymar was stretchered off the pitch in Paris, and PSG’s season could be in the balance.
They’re 14 points clear at the top of the table in France, so they don’t need Neymar to win the league title. But their biggest game of the season takes place on March 6.
Real Madrid visit Parc des Princes with a 3-1 lead from the first-leg of their Champions League tie with the Qatari-owned club. If PSG are to have any chance of overturning the deficit, they’ll need their best player back on the pitch.

However, at the moment, it looks like he may miss the return leg of the Champions League tie. Reports confirmed Sunday night that Neymar hadn’t suffered a fracture or serious sprain but does face a spell on the sidelines. How long for remains unclear at this stage however.
