Mesut Ozil, you little bastard.
Not content with laying on assist after assist for his teammates, the German playmaker decided to take matters into his own hands in the closing minutes of their Champions League match against Ludogorets.
Arsenal had trailed by two goals in the first half, only for Granit Xhaka and Olivier Giroud to dig them out of their Bulgarian hole and level things before the break.
With the game entering its final minutes in Sofia, Ozil won it with a quite sublime individual goal.
With the Ludogorets defence pushing high up the pitch, Ozil timed his run to stay onside before lofting the ball over the onrushing goalkeeper.
With two defenders back to help out their stricken keeper, the former Real Madrid star kept his head and negotiated his way past the two defenders before calmly slotting home the winner.
Have a look. He makes the defenders looks like they should be playing their football in a bang average league somewhere…
Could watch that @MesutOzil1088 goal again and again. beautiful 😍#LUDvAFC https://t.co/fjCelTeqdk
