The Dutch winger’s trip to the supermarket, where he bought toilet paper, water and Capri Sun, was the subject of a story in the Daily Mail on Deadline Day.
Having seen the headline, Depay tweeted an image of it, sarcastically remarking how fortunate he felt to be at the centre of such ‘important’ news.
