Mario Balotelli accepts FA charge and he could even be back to face United on Sunday

Growth.

Maybe Balotelli’s not entirely the air head he’s made out to be.

The Liverpool striker might well be having a stinker on the field this year but, after a few typical wobbles off it, he’s showing sings that he’s willing to improve.

The Italian was landed in it again when he posted an apparently anti-Semitic and racist picture on on social media last week but, after since apologising for any offence he may have caused, Balotelli has also accepted the FA charge.

Anfield’s £16m summer signing has missed the ‘Pool’s last six games but the good news for the red half of Merseyside is that he could return for the United clash tomorrow.

“He’s been out for a little while now, but in the last couple of days he’s looked good in training,” Brendan Rodgers stated.  “We’ll give him every chance to see if he can come into the squad.”

Liverpool fans around the globe react…
