Surely not. Surely, surely not.
John Terry’s days at Chelsea are numbered, and it seems almost certain that the former England skipper will be seeking a new club in the summer.
It appears most likely that Terry will follow his mate Frank Lampard to Major League Soccer, some are suggesting that his stay in the Premier League may not have run its course just yet.
As pointed out by The Daily Star, Terry is 5/1 with some bookmakers to join Manchester United in the summer – a move that wouldn’t go down all that well with those at Stamford Bridge.
Why exactly are United one of the frontrunners as Terry’s next possible club? Well, without reporting the same stories that have been circulating for the last six months, let’s just say we can think of one, big, Jose Mourinho-shaped reason.
The idea of Terry pulling on a United shirt probably wouldn’t excite United fans too much either, although they do hold him close to their hearts for the role he played in securing their last European Cup in 2008.
VIVA JOHN TERRY!!! https://t.co/VFzNHXis0C

Terry insists he wants to play on for another couple of seasons yet. He has also been linked with America’s MLS, China’s Super League and Danish side Brondby in recent weeks.
