It seems that there isn’t a whole lot of love for his time at Manchester United in the new Cristiano Ronaldo documentary.
The Wall Street Journal have done an interesting breakdown of the new documentary “Cristiano Ronaldo”. The New York-based newspaper have broken down how much screen time the football superstar spends wearing certain attire.
Unsurprisingly, his time at Real Madrid dominates the 89-minute movie. Ronaldo is seen playing for Los Blancos for a total of 7 minutes and 32 seconds. Funnily enough, this is only four seconds longer than he is seen wearing a tuxedo or a suit.
The 3:45 screen time devoted to him being shirtless, which is a full 39 seconds longer than he’s shown playing for Portugal, should leave little doubt over the extent of Ronaldo’s vanity.
1:13 of the film shows Ronaldo playing for Sporting Lisbon which narrowly edges out him singing along to Rihanna by just six seconds.
However, his tenure at Manchester United, the club that turned him into a star, seems to be given the absolute minimal amount of screen time possible. A paltry 19 seconds of the film is of Cristiano Ronaldo playing for United.
