United have reportedly landed Swansea's Daniel James for an initial fee of £15m.
Swans boss Graham Potter was keen on keeping the 21-year-old around for at least another season but James has apparently 'agreed everything' and is set to play his football at Old Trafford next season.
The Wales international is said to have agreed personal terms with United and all that remains is to settle on a transfer fee. Swansea wanted closer to £20m but United should be able to get James for the up-front outlay of £15m with bonus payments written into any deal.
James only made his Championship debut for Swansea in August but went on to score 6 goals in 38 appearances. The winger made his senior Wales debut in November.
It would appear, according to M.E.N, that Daniel James will not be joined by his Welsh compatriot Gareth Bale over the summer.
A senior club source has told the outlet that the Real Madrid star is 'low down' on their list of potential summer signings.
United fans will be hoping that the signing of this promising youngster is the first of many, over the coming months.Quiz: Name all 25 of these obscure 2014 World Cup players
