Sophie’s choice. Kind of.
Liverpool and Man City are two clubs that definitely polarise opinion. Both have a large and committed fanbase, but are disliked by many rival supporters for various reasons. So their appearance in Sunday’s Capital One Cup final was always going to leave ‘neutrals’ in a quandary. As any true football fan will tell you, it’s near impossible to watch a game without having some kind of preference. But who do the those with no affiliation (and equal dislike) want to hold the famous three-handled trophy aloft? Judging from the opinions below, it’s a tough call.
I hate both teams but I love Jurgen Klopp so I want the scousers to lift the trophy #CapitalOneCupFinal

Hard to enjoy a cup match when you want both teams to lose: best you can hope for is a mass brawl, pitch invasion and joint disqualification
