Brazilian playmaker Philippe Coutinho, who joined Liverpool from Inter Milan for a bargain £8.5million two years ago, has reportedly agreed terms on a new contract that will keep him at Anfield until 2020.
It’s a major boost for Liverpool, who are also in negotiations with England forward Raheem Sterling, with Coutinho in scintillating form as the Reds look to fight their way back into the race for a place in next season’s Champions League.
