The draw for the Europa League has been been made, and Liverpool fans should be happy, despite a long trip to Russia.
Celtic, however, have a much tougher task. The Scottish side face games against Fenerbahce, who recently signed former Manchester United players Robin van Persie and Nani, as well as Dutch runners-up Ajax.
While both Liverpool and Spurs will also be up against teams with Champions League pedigree.
Brendan Rodgers’ side have a 2,000-mile trip to take on Rubin Kazan of Russia, while Spurs will line up against Monaco, who knocked Arsenal out of the Champions League last season.
Liverpool will play in Russia on November 5th, days after playing Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on October 31st, and ahead of hosting Crystal Palace at Anfield.
However, the draw appears to have been somewhat kind to Liverpool in terms of Premier League fixtures.

Only one away fixture, itself in Liverpool, for the games immediately following Europa League matches, and 0 versus the five of the "big 6".
