Liverpool are aiming to win their sixth European Cup and Real are going for their 13th title. Zinedine Zidane’s side also have the chance to win their third consecutive Champions League trophy and their fourth European crown in five years. No team have won three consecutive European Cups since the 1970s when Bayern Munich achieved the feat. Johan Cruyff’s great Ajax side also managed to do it.
The competition’s most successful club surely won’t squander the chance to join such illustrious company.

Jurgen Klopp’s side stand in their way and they will be confident of scoring tonight. Liverpool netted 40 goals on the way to the final in Ukraine, and have kept six clean sheets – more than any other team in the competition this season.
However, Real and Cristiano Ronaldo always score, and always seem to find a way to win. Ronaldo has scored more Champions League final goals than any other player (four) and he has the chance to win his fifth European Cup.
It could be a classic in Kiev.
