How different would Manchester United’s season have been if they had got this key attacking target last autumn?
The club are rumoured to be looking into snatching Felipe Anderson away from Lazio this month for a sky high fee, as you would expect from any transfer this month.
The midfielder has been one of the players of the Serie A Season so far this term, and is rated as one of the best young attackers in Europe.

Lazio will do all they an to resist any advances from Louis van Gaal’s side, but the club’s director of sport Igli Tare has today revealed that they have previously rejected an insane amount of money for the Brazilian.
The Rome based side face Fiorentina tonight and before the game Tare told reporters that the club had rejected a €50million bid for the player last August,
“So far we haven’t received anything from Manchester United. He is going through a negative period of form and he knows that, we talked a great deal.”
“He has to find his calm, he is a player who is now well-known and feared. He has what it takes to emerge from this negative moment.”
“We turned down a €50m offer from Manchester United on August 27 and nothing has changed since then, because if he finds consistency, then he’s worth much more.
“We also resisted bigger offers than that, but we have targets to achieve.”
Anderson is on the bench for tonight’s game amid speculation that he could be on his way out of the club, but after Lazio rejcted €50million, what is it going to take to drag him away from the Stadio Olimpico?
