LA Galaxy offer Steven Gerrard a ludicrously expensive mega-mansion to help him settle

Gerrard's really landed on his feet

Something tells me Steven Gerrard is going to enjoy his time in the MLS.

Gerrard will finally call quits on his storied Anfield career at the end of the season when he makes the switch to LA Galaxy.

It has now emerged that the MLS outfit have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the Liverpool stalwart is able to settle in his new home. The club have offered Gerrard a £16.8 million (€23 million) Malibu mansion to ensure he enjoys his time in the States.

Gerrard would move to the Major League Soccer outfit, who would pay the 13,440 pounds-a-week rent for the ocean-view pad during the midfielder’s 18-month contract, in June with his wife Alex and daughters Lilly-Ella, Lexie and Lourdes

Gerrard would pay the bargain price of £13,440 pounds-a-week to rent for the ocean-view mansion during his 18-month contract with the Galaxy.

The swanky six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home gaff is just 15 minutes from Santa Monica and also features separate exercise, massage and sauna rooms plus an outdoor infinity pool, huge barbecue area and three-car garage.

I think he’ll have absolutely no problem settling, lads.
