That Kenny Dalglish is an alright fella.
The Liverpool legend was one of the greatest footballers in the world in the early 80s, confirmed by his runner-up status in the 1984 Ballon d’Or voting.
King Kenny had won the European Cup that season and he’s donating his winning medal to an auction, the proceeds from which will go to offering help to cancer patients on Merseyside.
AMAZING news: @kennethdalglish to auction his winning 84 #EuropeanCup Medal this week to help cancer patients on Merseyside. Thank you! X
