The hits just keep coming for José Mourinho.
His Chelsea side are fifth from bottom after their fifth Premier League defeat of the season but he should avoid being locked out of the stadium for the looming Liverpool clash, unless of course he is out of a job.
Having watched the second half of Saturday’s defeat at Upton Park from the West Ham box, Mourinho has been charged with misconduct after his half-time confrontation with referee Jonathan Moss.
Chelsea face two more charges, one for Mourinho’s assistant Silvino Louro and one for not controlling their players, a charge that West Ham are also facing after a flare-up at the end of the first half.
“Jose Mourinho has been charged with misconduct in relation to his language and/or behaviour towards the match officials in or around the dressing room area at half-time,” read the FA statement.
Or, as it was officially described by Chelsea sources, "a discussion".

Mourinho received a one-game suspended stadium ban for his rant at official Robert Madley after the draw with Southampton.
As we reported last week, Mourinho’s ban will be immediately imposed if he is found guilty by the FA of making any more improper comments through the media between now and October 13th 2016.
As this latest offence does not relate to media issues he is likely to avoid triggering that ban, regardless of whether Chelsea choose to appeal or not.
Both Chelsea and West Ham have until 6pm Thursday evening to respond to the charges.
