Guus Hiddink has poured cold water on suggestions John Terry is definitely leaving Chelsea, suggesting the captain could yet remain at the club beyond this season.
The veteran defender announced that he would be moving on after the club had told him they would not be extending his contract. Then, reports suggested he’s been offered a ridiculous amount of money to join the Chinese football revolution.
But Hiddink, who is in charge at Stamford Bridge until the end of the season, suggested during his pre-match press conference ahead of Chelsea’s game against Watford that things are not so clear-cut.
Guus says it is John Terry's right to make a choice over his future and the club wants to have a dialogue, which is always possible. #CFC

Terry enjoyed some of his best Chelsea form in Hiddink’s previous spell in London, with the club just seconds away from reaching the 2009 Champions League final.
So if anyone can help keep him in West London, it’s the Dutchman.
