Simon Zebo did his best Joey Barton impression in Munster on Monday afternoon.
No, Zebo didn’t fall out with his teammates, or hit out at the media, or quote a philosopher.
The Ireland and Munster winger landed a two-footed tackle on his opponent during a game of football.
It was like something out of the Barton hall of fame. (Not really).
Channeling my inner @Joey7Barton at training today,set the tone 💪🏾#MovedToGoalie #StraightRed 😂 https://t.co/eDk1SUWjq9

Zebo said he was made play in goal following the tackle, which was clearly made in jest, during the kickabout. He also tagged Barton in the tweet, and the Burnley midfielder took it well.
Barton complimented Zebo for his technique, but urged him to either get the ball or the player next time. Sound advice from a wise man.
Good technique. Got to get ball or man big man. You got neither there! None shall pass. https://t.co/WjuzMkYDQS

Zebo jokingly suggested that he’s available to switch sports if Barton knows a team in need of player.
cheers for the tips brother 💪🏾if ye need someone in the transfer window you know where to find me 😂👍🏾

Barton complimented the Ireland rugby player again, and suggested he’d be worth a lot in football.
every team needs a tricky winger who takes people on for fun. You'd be worth about £50m in football…😂😂

Barton then made an interesting point about the transfer fees currently being paid, particularly by Chinese clubs.
Probably more with what's going on in China…👀💰💰💰💰💰💰💰 https://t.co/xhJGp7Li2e

If Shanghai SIPG are willing to pay €55m for Hulk and €60 for Oscar, Zebo could fetch about €20m. Probably.
