The Fifa 18 ratings are out and some of the Republic of Ireland team have been discussing how their likenesses have fared.
The Boys In Green are in the FAI National Training Centre in Dublin preparing for their crucial World Cup qualifier against Georgia in Tbilisi on Saturday evening.
An away win for Ireland would see them hold onto second spot in group D, assuming Serbia manage a victory over whipping boys Moldova. Irish fans will also be paying close attention to the clash between Austria and Wales, as both teams are trailing Ireland by four points before this round of matches.
David Meyler sent out a humorous tweet from the camp with a photo of himself talking to James McClean on the pitch. The Cork native claimed the two were locked in a deep discussion about their Fifa 18 ratings.

Derry man and Republic of Ireland defender Shane Duffy was unimpressed with the tweet. His response seemingly implying that he was tired of all this Fifa talk.
You would wonder why he wouldn’t like to engage in such conversations.

It may very well have been Duffy’s own rating in the game that made him grow weary. One follower tweeted a screenshot of his attributes in the video game and zoomed in on his pace, which was deemed to be a lacklustre 54/100.
It’s not quite Per Mertesacker slow, but it’s pretty damn slow.

While Duffy saw the funny side of his rating, McClean most certainly did not.
The winger didn’t take the news nearly as well as his compatriot.

Fortunately, McClean was kind enough to tell the world the exact issue he had with his rating. The fleet-footed West Bromwich Albion player explained that it was his pace in the game that he had a problem with.
He feels that his likeness in the game just doesn’t have that breakneck speed he was looking for.

He couldn’t possibly have been rated as slow as Duffy.
