James McClean with perfect response to Sunderland defender who questioned his ability

Bigmouth strikes again.

Lamine Kone should really have known better than to gloat about marking James McClean out of a game.

The Sunderland defender helped his side to a draw against West Brom at the Stadium of Light on Saturday afternoon, and seemed especially pleased at keeping the former Sunderland winger under wraps.

Full marks for clever emoji use, but he must have known that McClean is not the kind of guy to let an unprompted dig like that pass by without response.

And sure enough McClean responded, across various social platforms, with a picture of a writhing Kone on the ground after being crunched by the Derry man.
