Our Jack might soon be pining for the days of Tim Sherwood.
Jack Grealish will find himself training with the Under-21s at Aston Villa after he was relegated to the development set-up at the Midlands club, the Telegraph reports.
The 20-year-old was filmed on the lash in a nightclub in Manchester following Villa’s humiliating 4-0 defeat by Everton on Saturday, in which he played 74 minutes, and is believed to have continued his partying the next day in Birmingham.
Recently appointed Villa manager Remi Garde knows he has to lay down a marker at his new club and former Ireland Under-21 star Grealish, who controversially switched allegiance to England earlier this season, has made himself the test case for the Frenchman’s disciplinary standards.
It’s not the first time Grealish’s partying has made the headlines, after images of him appearing to have passed out on a street in Tenerife emerged during the summer.
Garde, whose side sit bottom of the Premier League, must now decide whether he can afford to further punish Grealish by leaving him out of his squad for this weekend’s crucial game against Watford.
