Irish fans see the irony in a dodgy handball decision helping us lead Bosnia

There is a man.

And his name is Jon Walters. And he is a god among men.

The Stoke man has given Ireland a 1-0 half-time lead against Bosnia which means we are 45 minutes away from booking our place at Euro 2016.

The forward slotted home a penalty after Ervin Zukanovic was harshly adjudged to have handballed in the penalty box.

And up stepped the man who scored a penalty against Poland last month, to fire Ireland into the lead, and set the home fans wild.

Irish fans watching went mental too.

And the irony of ahandball decison going in favour of Ireland in play-off was not lost on anyone.
