Republic of Ireland hopeful Luca Connell was apparently spotted visiting Celtic’s stadium on Thursday ahead of a proposed move to the Scottish champions.
Connell has been linked with a move from Bolton to Glasgow for the last few weeks now and he was spotted visiting Parkhead ahead of a mooted move.
Bolton were relegated from the Championship last season with just eight wins from 46 games with the club currently being floated for a sale amid financial crisis.

Connell was coy on his future when speaking to the media this week but former Ireland captain and current assistant manager Robbie Keane has said that he’s been very impressed by what he’s seen from the 18-year-old.
“Great lad. In Portugal, I got a ball and there’s a big goal over there and a small goal facing that goal,” Keane said at Crumlin’s Children Hospital earlier this month.
“Then the little f****r did it as well, straight after. I thought ‘he’s got a chance, this lad’. He’s a lovely lad as well.
“And I’m telling you right now, he’ll play for us. He loves it here. He enjoyed being here. He was buzzing in Portugal. He was playing well, enjoying it.”
