We don’t know much about art but we know we like this.
There is a growing awareness of the power of having thousands of fans at football grounds lifting up a little piece of cardboard and creating a bloody massive piece of art.
We have to admit that we hadn’t much of tifos before this year and now we can’t get enough of the images created by clubs at the start of games via cardboard
We’ve seen some cracking examples from Europe like this from Marseille last month

However tonight we think Barcelona may just have created the best one yet as they get ready to welcome back their former manager Pep Guardiola to the stadium for the Champions League semi final clash with Bayern Munich.
94,000 cards with the Barça and Catalan colours plus the words ‘We are ready’will be used in this incredible display as the 22 players come onto the pitch as the club celebrates its four European Cup triumphs.
If Pep had any hair left we’re sure this would make it stand up
