A quick Twitter search for Pep Guardiola will tell you everything you need to know.
United want him. City might get him.
Wir erfuhren: #Guardiola verlässt @FCBayern am Saisonende und wechselt als Trainer zu #ManCity. Guardiolas Nachfolger wird Carlo #Ancelotti.
— ZDF sportstudio (@sportstudio) December 19, 2015
“Guardiola leaves FC Bayern at the end of the season to become manager of Man City. Guardiola’s successor will be Carlo Ancelotti.”
The Bayern Munich manager looks set to leave Germany and speculation is rife as to his next destination.
The two-time Champions League winning coach said he would give an insight into his future after Saturday’s 1-0 win over Hannover and the chase is on to court the Spaniard in the direction of just about every Premier League side you can think of.
But, afterwards, he moved the goalposts and told journalists who asked him, “Tomorrow. Tomorrow,” the Manchester Evening News reported.
It means that Sunday could now be the new date for Guardiola to decide his next club.
And United fans aren’t playing coy and they certainly have long since skipped the whole hard-to-get nonsense with time not on their side. Especially with news of their neighbours’ apparent interest from across the city.
The Old Trafford crowd wants Pep and they want him bad.
Defensive shenanigans saw another three points drop for United on Saturday Louis van Gaal is feeling it from all corners of Manchester. So, too, is Guardiola.
Ryan Giggs will start to feel used at this rate.
Il say this now and I've said it before .. Sorry but Louis van Gaal has to go .. @ManUtd Ryan Giggs interim get Pep Guardiola now 😠😠😠😠#MUFC

Time for a new philosophy.
Just get rid of Van Gaal already. Tired of losing obviously his 'philosophy' isn't the right one for United. #MUFC #PepGuardiola

It’s simple, really.
Have Van Gaal see out his contract and carry on playing shit boring football or sack him and get Pep Guardiola whilst you can

We just can’t keep up.
Pep wants to be the new Arsenal-manager apparently. Will wait till Wenger retires.
So Pep will be 63 when he takes over at Arsenal..— Jan Aage Fjørtoft 🇳🇴 (@JanAageFjortoft) December 18, 2015
