Appearing on BBC Radio 5 Live, he serves up a pretty damning assessment of the Brazilian 'defender', claiming that he returns to Chelsea a worse player then when he left.
"He's been a liability for PSG more than anything else. I have to say that he hasn't improved since leaving Chelsea.
