Former Dutch footballer claims Memphis Depay is not popular at Old Trafford

Louis is beginning to lose his mind

We smell a bust-up.

Patience is a virtue, but by all accounts it seems that supplies are running out quickly for one of the club’s main summer signings.

Memphis Depay has struggled in the Premier League with his latest woe coming in the Arsenal game where he was subbed off at half time.

However he has profited in the Champions League so far this season scoring twice and looked more assured in Europe than he has domestically so far for Louis van Gaal’s side.

The young Dutch winger was always going to take time to adjust to life in England but it seems that one former Netherlands international believes the player is beginning to annoy his teammates just months into his new career at Old Trafford.

Youri Mulder (who’s wife may or may not be called Scully) has heard that some of the former PSV’s teammates are getting sick of his attiutide in the Premier League.

“He played one good match for United, against Club Brugge [in the Champions League]. In the Premier League he suffers, yet his attitude suggests that he is a big star. It seems that people at Manchester United are starting to get fed up with this.”

Depay was involved in Holland’s 3-2 loss to Czech Republic last night that knocked them out of the running for Euro 2016 with further criticism aimed at the young winger in the last few weeks.
