The chairmen in the Romanian League are seemingly an indecisive bunch.
Former Brazil international Ze Maria suffered the less than dignified punishment of being fired twice from the same club in the space of one week.
Ze Maria was manager of Romanian club Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt, but a dismal run of form saw him getting the boot, and then subsequently getting the boot again.
He was first sacked last Wednesday after poor results saw the club sitting third-bottom of the Romanian Liga 1, and six points adrift of safety.
However, the club’s “flamboyant” owner Angelo Massone changed his mind the very next day after he initally fired the Brazilian. Massone reinstate Ze Maria deciding that the gaffer deserved another crack at the whip.
Ceahlaul ended up losing their next game 2-0 against FC Botosani on Saturday, and Ze Maria was handed his pink slip yet again. He was replaced by Serbian coach Vanya Radinovic, whch means the club have had four coaches so far this season, with just 27 games played.
