This time it’s for real.
Forgive us for being sceptical, but we have taken the news from Daniel Sturridge’s Twitter account on Saturday with an industrial-sized dose of salt.
The sometimes footballer, and almost permanent bed blocker in the NHS, has missed more games now than he has played for Liverpool, but after a three-week absence due to hamstring injury, he’s back, and this time for good.
Honest.
Maybe.
Perfect gift for Christmas from the boys getting a win. On a sidenote I'm back training and good to go!! #Lfc #redordead

Some Liverpool fans were delighted
👍🏻@DanielSturridge Great news. I wish you better luck with injuries in 2016. We need your class in this team #LFC #YNWA

@Killeavy13 @DanielSturridge Not at all. Hate to see good players not playing. And as Klopp alluded to, I think it's more in the head

Gif-form David James wasn’t convinced
