Or even come close.
Back on January 9th, with Claudio Ranieri's team sitting second in the league after three games without a win, Slater was supremely confident that the Foxes would be unable to sustain the form that had kept them in the top three since Halloween.
He predicted them to fall out of the top four, and was willing to put his body on the line for the sake of the prediction.

Some might use Slater's wager to make a philosophical point about those who chat shit inevitably getting banged, but we're not going to rise to it.
