If this truly is Sterling’s number, we hope he has it on silent.
On Tuesday, it was widely reported that the Liverpool midfielder was refusing to travel on the club’s pre-season tour in an apparent effort to force a transfer away from Anfield.
That news did not go down well with many so-called Reds fans.
One chap went so far as to post a phone number he claimed was Sterling’s. We have gone to the liberty of blotting some of the number out.
As one could imagine, Twitter flipped its lid. Many heralded this rogue number revealer while others lambasted him for his temerity. Here is a small sample.

Regardless of whether the posted number of Raheem is a real one, posting it AND trying to call/text abuse is an embarrassment to LFC fanbase

Given that the poster is a teenager with less than 500 followers, this needs to be taken with a bucket-load of salt.
One hopes it is not the number of a hapless mate or Geography teacher.
