Criminal charges have been brought against six people over the Hillsborough disaster.

On April 15 1989, 96 people died in the crush at Sheffield Wednesday’s Hillsborough stadium, which was staging an FA Cup semi-final between Liverpool and Nottingham Forest

Two former senior police officers are among the six people who have been charged.
