Chris Smalling looks set to leave Manchester United this summer according to The Telegraph.
The club has agreed on a deal with Benfica to bring centre-back Victor Lindelof to Old Trafford, with Smalling set to leave the club.
The 22-year-old Lindelof arrived in Manchester on Wednesday to complete a medical with confirmation of the signing imminent. will set the club back about £31m.

The centre-back will likely be starting alongside Eric Bailly in the centre of defence with Jose Mourinho keeping Phil Jones as his versatile back-up defender.
This means that there will be no more room for Smalling, who has been at the club since 2010.
The player has fallen in and out of favour since Mourinho’s arrival and struggled with injury throughout the 2016/2017 season.
The club will be willing to let the England international leave at a price of about £15m.
A number of Premier League clubs are reportedly monitoring Smalling’s situation with West Ham, West Brom and Everton all interested in the 27-year-old.
Smalling joined Manchester United from Fulham and has made nearly 250 appearances in his time at Old Trafford.
