The highlight of Celtic’s win over Rosenborg undoubtedly came from the stands.
Celtic defeated Rosenborg 1-0 to qualify for the Champions League play-offs. While James Forrest was technically the star of the show by virtue of scoring the game winner, the game will probably be best remembered for the antics of a certain Celtic fan.
One Hoops’ supporter became a viral sensation when his one-fingered salute to the entire crowd was caught on the live broadcast of the game.
While that doesn’t seem like something worthy of your attention when it’s written down, we urge you to reserve judgement until you have actually watched the clip.
It’s a lot more entertaining than it sounds.

It doesn’t get much better than that, right?
Wrong.
Remarkably, the Celtic fan’s antics were overshadowed by a quote tweet… from the man’s son. While perusing his timeline, Mark spotted the familiar face and let the world know that the bird-flipper was indeed his father. His quote tweet received way more interactions than the original.
