Joey Barton's Rangers career could be over, but Celtic fans will remember it fondly.
The midfielder has been sent home from the club's training ground, according to
The Daily Record, after a bust-up with coaches and teammate Andy Halliday.
Barton is understood to have been told to stay away from the club until next week, and he will miss the team's game against Ross County this weekend.

Barton's "banishment" completes a rotten spell with the newly-promoted Scottish Premiership side.
The 34-year-old joined Rangers on a free-transfer from Burnley in the summer, but has so far looked off-the-pace and failed to live up to expectations.
The former Manchester City midfielder was part of the Rangers team that lost 5-1 to Celtic last Saturday, and Celtic fans weren't shy about rubbing it in his face. Barton had previously talked down the talent of Celtic skipper Scott Brown, and said Brendan Rodgers was experiencing a "mid-life crisis."

Celtic fans had a laugh at Barton's misfortune again on Thursday evening following news of his dispute.
