Another assist for the Portuguese magnifico.
Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes found himself coming to the aid of an unwell passenger on an EasyJet flight as he jetted off for the international break.
The incident happened yesterday when both Bruno Fernandes and Diogo Dalot were on a flight to Lisbon from Manchester, travelling to the Portugal national team training camp.
Fernandes was heading to the toilets when he noticed a man who seemed to be passing out at the back of the plane.
According to passenger Susanna Lawson who spoke to Business Cloud, the United midfielder urgently shouted for help upon seeing the person in distress.
He cried: “Excuse me! We need help! Excuse me! We need help!’
Lawson said: “(We) suddenly heard a shout for assistance which those within hearing distance looked back, including us as we were toward the back.
“Members of the crew rushed to the back to help. There was a spare seat at the back which Bruno helped the gentleman to sit down on.”
Bruno then went on to sit with the passenger for some time to make sure he was all fine.
“It might have been about 5-10 minutes and then he made his way back to his seat but again very unassuming. He wasn’t looking for any attention on himself,” said Lawson.
The two Portuguese Red Devils were said to have been keeping a low profile as they took to the skies on a regular EasyJet flight.
The pair will play against Poland on Friday in the Nations League.
Lawson even asked for a selfie when the flight had landed.
“When I asked him politely for a selfie as we were leaving the plane he was absolutely lovely and actually took the selfie himself.
“I praised him for looking after the ill passenger. Honestly, if you didn’t know who he was you would have just thought he was any other passenger.”
Bruno has been in top form recently as he made his 250th appearance for Man United on Sunday against Leicester in which he scored and grabbed an assist.
The United captain has scored four goals and two assists in his last four games.
