Someone needs to buy this German man a pint.
Liverpool fans are still coming down from cloud nein nine after last week’s dramatic 4-3 win over Borussia Dortmund.
The German club’s fans are a passionate bunch, and they brought a great sense of atmosphere and occasion to events at Anfield last Thursday, on one of the most magical European nights of all time.
A close bond has developed between both clubs, thanks to Jurgen Klopp and events like last week, and one Dortmund fan decided to say thanks in truly special way to Liverpool and its fans this week.
The Liverpool Echo carried an ad on Tuesday evening from a visiting Dortmund fan, who has urged the Reds to go and win the Europa League now after their recent quarter-final victory.

It’s very rare that you would see rival fans even say well done to each other after game, so to take out an ad, and do it in the local newspaper of a club who just broke your heart, is very classy.
Well done Stephan.
